Agenzia Immobiliare Cortonese is an estate agency in Cortona, with a wide selection of properties.
We have started in 1997, and now we can propose town houses and flats in historical buildings, country properties, farmhouses, cottages, villas, both restored and in need of restoration. Restored properties with mature garden and swimming pool in this important and interesting area of Cortona and southern Tuscany.

The Agenzia Immobiliare Cortonese began as the original Estate Agency in Camucia-Cortona and was well established when we bought it in 1997.

We are enrolled with the FIAIP, the Italian Federation of professional estate agents and, can offer our expertise and assistance throughout all tenancy and transfer of ownership procedures. In the near future we intend to expand our range of services.

My academic background is in Accountancy and I am an Estate Agent registered at The Chamber of Commerce in Arezzo, number 818. I will shortly obtain my degree in Political Science.

I have been the owner of the agency since 1997 and I have developed professional skills and experience in the real estate sector , including drafting and drawing up contracts for the transfer of ownership and for tenancy agreements.

Nicola Burazzi.
I started working for the agency in 2004 after obtaining my business degree at the University of Siena.I have lived and studied abroad for long periods of time and perhaps because of this I have an even stronger affinity with my homeland. Meeting and talking with people who come and appreciate my part of the world is always very satisfying.

I attended the prestigious Copenhagen Business School where I studied and improved my English and formed strong friendships with people from all over the world. Frequent legal changes in taxation and administrative law require rigorous attention to detail and constant updating of information. I am responsible for the administrative and accountancy aspects relating to all our business.
